The program’s commitment to supporting its community of fellows is reflected through the 2025 CWI edition. Dedicated to scaling impact, this edition honours the significant and measurable achievements of its former fellows’ impact businesses, demonstrating the commitment to lifelong support of fellows in the community.

The Impact Awards call for applications was open to all former fellows who are still running impact-driven for-profit businesses. The applications were first scored according to five impact criteria: impact intentionality of the business mission and operations, impact measurement, realised impact and future impact potential. Nine awardees were selected in the categories of Improving Lives, Preserving the Planet and Creating Opportunities. Cartier Women’s Initiative celebrates these nine former fellows who have achieved extraordinary impact over the years on 22 May in Osaka, Japan at the Expo 2025.

The CWI regional and thematic awards recognize and fund talented impact entrepreneurs from around the world who are leveraging business as a force for good. Applications for the next Awards are now open and will close at 2pm CEST, June 24, 2025.
