In September 2026, Anne-Sophie Pic, the internationally renowned French chef opens a brand new restaurant in the building. She is the most Michelin-starred female chef in the world and the new place also reflects her exceptional universe. As the Pic Group announced: “from 18 September 2026, Anne-Sophie Pic will take up residence at the Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain with a new Parisian restaurant : a place where imaginations converge and art enters into dialogue with a cuisine in constant exploration, shaped by emotion, discovery and new perceptions.”
