Next January the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival will release a new concept, the ‘New Culinary Lifestyle’ in the world of fine gastronomy.
From its inception in 1994, the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival has become a prominent event on the international gastronomic calendar and it has been attracting gourmets from all over the world, inviting them to the Upper Engadine in the Swiss Alps for unforgettable culinary experiences. The highly anticipated epicurean Festival returns 27 January – 1 February 2025.
In addition to classic gourmet cuisine, the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival will now celebrate the emerging cuisines of tomorrow and will focus also on regional regenerative production and innovative technologies.
The guest chefs of 2025 come from nine countries – but thanks to their personal culinary roots, their cooking styles are influenced by different cuisines and cultures. All the top chefs share a commitment to good produce, and many of them have a strong focus on sustainability, seasonality and regionality. Discover the chefs at the Festival here.
As usual, guests at the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival can look forward to numerous exclusive events, such as the Porsche Gourmet Safari and the Porsche Kitchen Party; they can attend cooking classes with celebrity chefs, or participate in wine, cocktail and champagne tastings (like the premier Taste, Scent & Sound – Grace Night by Laurent-Perrier event) or even a culinary experience with the famous Japanese star chef Nobu Matsuhisa at the Badrutt’s Palace Hotel.
Tradition, talent, craftsmanship, innovation and the collaboration among the tourist destination, the first-class partner hotels and all the partners shape the ‘New Culinary Lifestyle’ and secure St. Moritz’s place as an important, internationally recognised culinary hotspot.
